Did you see that huge bird flying from that rooftop? No, that's just Marc.

If you had to explain Parkour to a 5 year old, how would you do it?
I do the same stuff you do at the playground, just faster and our playground is everywhere. (Authors note: please appreciate the level of thoughtfulness in this quote)
You're obviously out and about quite a lot. How do you manage what you eat all day long?
I listen to my body. I don't track calories or anything - I simply try to eat a variety of vegetables and unprocessed food. But some chocolate every once in a while won't do me any harm either.
What was your biggest injury and what did you learn from it?
Oh, there's even a video out there where you can see it. On a descent my foot got stuck in a wall while my body kept falling. I'm lucky I came out of that without any long term damage. After a few months I was back on track but to this day I feel an itch there every once in a while. From that experience I learned to stay focused and present in the moment at any time of the day.
You're slowly but surely approaching 30. How long do you want to keep climbing the walls of Lisbon?
Haha, that's a good question. I'm still physically fit, I can't say I'm slowing down or anything. Honestly, with time I'm getting better. The longer I'm doing this the more I learn to listen to my body. I'll keep doing Parkour until my bones can take it. I won't be able to do it at the same level once I'm 50 or 60 but I won't stop until I have to.
You're wearing oversized T-Shirts quite often. If you could design your own T-Shirt, what would it look like?
It should definitely be funny. I already have a design in my head. But most importantly is the material and the cut - I want it to feel great when I wear it and it has to be colorful..really really colorful.
I think I speak for all of us when I say: we can't wait to see that shirt.
